How fresh is your coffee?
Soooo..... exactly how fresh is your coffee? How do you know? I bet most of you cannot tell. It is because most of the coffee roasters do not let you know when the coffee was roasted. You will find the "Use By" date or "Best Before" but hardly ever will you see the date the coffee actually was roasted. Consider this: the coffee is like a bread. It tastes great when it's fresh. You would't but 1 2-3 months old bread - would you? The coffee just like a bread tastes the best when it is fresh. During the first 24-48 hours after roasting the coffee beans release a lot of CO2 along with the beautiful aroma. This is why at All American Coffee LLC, we pack our coffee in bags equipped with degassing valves. Such valves allow for the extra pressure to escape the bag while keeping the outside air from getting inside the bag which would result with oxidation of beans. Because we only roast the coffee to order, we never store roasted beans. Once the coffee is roasted and blended to our precise specification, we pack the beans to preserve the quality and the aroma and ship immediately to the customer. This is why when you buy the roasted coffee from All American Coffee LLC you get your coffee in just a few days after it has been roasted. Just thing about it for a minute, before you buy your next bag of coffee at your grocery store... Enjoy your coffee! Maciek Mierzwinski GM All American Coffee LLC
